According  to  the topic  we  have  got   from the  subject  Social  Connectivity  & Responsibility  I   along    with  my   four teammates  planned  to plant five plants.  The following  are  the  plants  we  have planned  and  successfully  planted  five  pomegranate plants .



Introduction 


Pomegranates are Antioxidants protect our cells from damage caused by free radicals and reduce inflammation. Studies suggest that pomegranates can help protect your heart in many ways, such as lowering blood pressure as well as blood sugar levels.






Health Benefits of Pomegranate 

1. Heart Health
Pomegranate antioxidants may help manage cholesterol levels. These tiny seeds are packed with potent antioxidants, particularly punicalagins and anthocyanins, which help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the cardiovascular system. Consuming pomegranate seeds may contribute to improve blood flow, lower blood pressure, and regulate cholesterol levels, all of which contribute to a healthier heart.

2. Anti-inflammatory Properties

Medical use of Pomegranate 

Pomegranate can be used in the prevention and treatment of several types of cancer, cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other diseases. In addition, it improves wound healing and is beneficial to the reproductive system.




Disadvantage of Pomegranate:

Pomegranate can irritate your gastrointestinal tract and block the digestive tract. Too much consumption of Pomegranate may cause nausea and vomiting, stomach ache, constipation, or diarrhea in some cases.
